The past year provoked us to manage the company balancing between innovative investments in the future, strengthening our position on existing markets and conservative approach to all new ventures.

In the second half of 2011 we faced problems of an administrative nature, which hindered exports to Russia and other major markets for the company. After resolving some of them in December we were able to realize double-digit growth for the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia, Balkans, Moldova, as well as growth in exports to Ukraine and the Baltics. In the first months of 2012, with all the necessary documents  and permits in place we expect revenues to offset slowing sales in the last months of the year and give a good start to this no less difficult year. We look forward to the completion of our two projects of great importance - opening of our new plant for solid dosage forms in Sofia and a new beginning in the work environment of an enterprise resource management system. These two investments ensure the sustainable development of the company and form the basis for realization of the set of medium-term management goals.

Again I want to say that our success is due to the hard work of all employees and I would like to thank them and everyone else for the confidence who made our success possible.
